Return Policy
We know it is not easy to figure out sizing online and are happy to offer FREE returns if you opt for a refund in the form of store credit :) They are otherwise subject to a $12 return fee which will be deducted from your refund.
All returns must meet the following criteria:- Returns must be unused and unwashed, in their original packaging, with hang tags intact and include packing slip provided
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the order fulfilment date.
- Due to hygiene reasons, all briefs are final sale only
- Only Canada orders are eligible for returns
How to return
Returns are super easy - plus we offer printerless returns.
To initiate your return, visit our Return Portal.
You will receive an email with the option to print out your prepaid return label (Canada Post) + QR code. You can choose to print and attach the return label to your package, or bring the email with your QR code on your phone to the post office. They will scan and print your label for you :)
We ask that you kindly drop off the return within 7 days of receiving your return label. That said, we understand how busy life with kids can get, so please reach out if you need more time.
We aim to review and process all returns within 3 days of receiving them. You will receive a refund confirmation email when your return is approved. Those who opt for store credit will receive an e-giftcard email containing your store credit. Our e-giftcards have no expiration date :)
We reserve the right to deny any returns that do not meet our Return Policy requirements. Any original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Sale items are eligible for returns unless specified otherwise. If you are returning sale items for store credit, note that you'd have to place a new order on our site (if our sale has ended, you'd have to repurchase at the original price).
